HP ENVY x360 - 15m-ds0011dx

Hi, I am in boot lock up and my memory test passed but my short disk said warning. Please help with next steps

Assuming that message came from the F2 Diagnostic testing, then the disk is failing or already has failed.  If the PC does not boot anymore, then the disk needs to be replaced and the OS reinstalled.

That model is supported by the HP Recovery tool

Using the tool on a new SSD will return the PC to factory settings.
