Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I was using the computer normally when it suddenly froze, so I manually shut it down, but when I tried turning it back on it wouldn’t boot. Instead, it periodically flashes the light in the power button and does the starting beep or sound every five seconds or so with no display.
