Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'M trying to reinstall Windows 10 from a USB flash drive. Using F10 after power on brings me to a place that should list it but does not. What do I do next? Thanks.

Actually, I believe it is F9 that shows the Boot Devices menu. 

 

If that does not show the USB stick, then you need to into your BIOS settings and see if Secure Boot is enabled, and if it IS, then disable it.
