Hello, please someone help me, my HP desktop and a Vsus monitor, I tried every key to open up Boot menu to activate VT, but Boot menu wont show up in my screen, it's just black screen, but keyboard, pc, and mouse are opened, helpp

From what I've read, you have to enter Advanced Settings to do that and HP has locked those out.
