Ok so I have had this problem as well but all those I cant do. It disappeared and now whenever I turn on my laptop it says the selected boot image did not authenticate

Since the author of this question indicates that they are happy with the proposed solution, you should open your own question, and include your model-number, and other relevant details. What did you try? What error-messages did you get when you tried?  In that question, include whether you are booting in "legacy" mode or in "UEFI" mode, and from what device you are booting.
