I have an HP three and one computer. It’s pretty old dated 2018. It now turns on I see the window screen and hear some windows chimes. But the hardware never boots and it just is a black screen with a spinning blue wheel. I did a hardware test and got a hard drive failure ID 0g8421-95gcqm-0g8421-61fu03. But I really don’t know what to do with that ID or how to fix this.

A hardware failure code for the hard drive usually indicates the drive has failed and needs to be replaced.

Without a more complete model number it will be difficult to give more detailed information to help.
