I want to get my computer to boot as fast as possible. but there are multiple selections for quick booting. there is fast boot in the BIOS and fast startup in the Windows 10 power settings. I don't know which to activate so I'm a bit confused. any help would be great.

There are possibilities, but it will usually give you a few seconds less
the computer starts up in how long (presses the start button, until use is possible)

Hello
do you have an ssd?
You can change the options you mention, but don't expect a dramatic change.
the only option if you are not equipped, is the use of an SSD disk
