Product: HP Pavilion Slimline s5-1204 Desktop PC

I had to replace my hard drive due to a system crash. It came originally with Windows 7 but I have been running Windows 10 for about 10 years. After attempting to reinstall from a USB drive, I am getting the Boot Test Failed error code 3F0. Any idea how to work around that?
