That message usually indicates the hard drive has failed but to verify run the Diagnostics routine.
To run the Diagnostics routine, Start tapping the Esc key BEFORE starting the PC and then press the start button.
Keep tapping the Esc key until a popup menu shows. Then pick Diagnostics from that popup menu, F2.
Report back with the results.
Also post the model number for more accurate results

I checked the spec page for that model. It is allot like the other Stream models in that it does not have a hard drive but a onboard chip for storage. It is called 32 GB eMMC or 64 GB eMMC.
First post "I turned on my computer then it shows device not found." Could you either explain in more detail or post a picture of that message?
Post says "All the diagnostic results: passed!!. " Please observe and post what items it tested and then the comment after each. Or take a photo as the testing progresses for each item and post those, please. There is something going on that has not been explained or has not been tested.
This system sounds very much like one of these

OK that screen is what I expected. After pressing F2, Please observe and post what items it tested and then the comment after each. Or take a photo as the testing progresses for each item and post those also, please. There has to be a hint of what is actually happening for the Windows OS to disappear.

Thank You for the pictures. Those pictures only identified the memory testing. I was hoping to see what it identified as storage and the options, if any.
It should have shown either a 32GB or 64GB "drive".
Thank You
