HP Engage Flex Pro-C
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Our business PC has consistently on Saturdays had trouble booting up. It will show a normal power button, but none of the other devices linked to it will activate. The monitor, for example, will turn on briefly, but then detect no signal and return to sleep. It will remain dormant.

Even forcing a reset will not activate the computer. I've tried disconnecting everything, hard resetting the device, then plugging it all back in to no effect.

But eventually after 20 minutes to an hour of trying to reboot the system, it will activate normally.

Does anyone have an idea over why this is happening, how we can prevent it from doing so in the future, or offer any advice on this?
