HP Recommended

Hello everyone. So I have an HP ZBOOK core i5 8th generation PC. It's been failing to properly start these past few weeks. At first everytime I tried to start it, it'd show a black screen and the fan would go crazy with the beeping caps lock. I watched a few YouTube videos and tried disconnecting the battery, pressing and holding the start button for about 30 seconds and then reconnecting it. The PC started properly that day. But then the next time tried to boot it, it didn't work so I tried the above method and it also didn't help. I tried moving the RAM to the next port but it still failed. Then the capslock light stopped blinking and the fan doesn't switch on anymore either. All that happens is that the keyboard has a a flash blinking sequence. Nothing else seems to be working. Someone please help!
