All is well that ends well. SAMS has been very helpful with the fix. They even threw in a few more things for me. Thanks

Welcome to the HP Forum.

 

Did you buy a monitor and you get no video?

 

Or did you buy a PC at a discount that was on display and it will not startup?

 

Take it back to SAM's Club for a refund/exchange if it does not work.
