Product: HP Smart Buy ELITEONE 800 G4 AIO
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I am in shock and desperation. opened the box, installed windows 10, did a few zoom calls. Turn it on now, power led is white, screen is gray. Tried to reset BIOS but hold start and B and NADA! HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Given the date of your post, I would have expected someone to respond to it before this -- but since that has not happened, I will take a shot at it ...
What do you mean when you say you installed Windows 10? This PC came with Win10 pro preloaded, so why would you need to install Windows 10?
