HP Desktop Pro A Microtower Business PC

Hi,
I accidentally bricked my RTX 3060 12gb Palit dual OC GPU during a power outage,  I get a black screen one beep followed by 3 beeps. Now I can't boot into windows to flash the old Vbios, I'm attempting to boot into windows with the integrated graphics it's a Ryzen 2200g PRO. Is there a way I can switch to iGPU while the 3060 is connected? I looked in the BIOS settings and I couldn't find it, it seems to always to default to dedicated graphics and. I don't think there's a Vbios switch on the GPU either although I'm not 100% certain.
*edit: I fixed my issue by transferring my GPU to an old motherboard from 2010 and flashing it that way. HP bios options are abysmal they're way behind in terms of basic functionalities, an old 2010 motherboard had x10 more options than one from 2020, shame!
