Cannot get past admin. Logon have no password

Welcome to the HP Forum.

 

I'm sorry. This Forum cannot assist when the user does not have access to the password required to log in to Windows,

 

You would have to reinstall W7 if you don't know the password.

 

It's going to be tough to find malware free  W7 Premium installation media at this point in time.

 

You can search online for W7 .iso downloads but the W7 image would not be available from Microsoft. The W7 download could contain malware.

 

You could try installing W10 which is available Here. 

 

You can run W10 in a deactivated status or you would have to purchase a new W10/W11 product key if you want to activate W10.

thankyou, I was able to ask the son of the deceased about the password hint and was able to move along.
