That was a quick fix.
You have nothing to exchange. The DPD exchange statement is probably boiler plate stuff.
Very good then.
You have accomplished something.

Was very quick.
Swapping out the defective battery with a new one. Googled that DPD phrase - Sky boxes came up, replacing a broken one for a new one. Rather strange.
Will see what happens when my PC is delivered.

My PC is fixed and seems faster than it was previously.
DPD Driver did ask me about the swap, but I told him that what he had was my computer which went in for a repair.
Label on box "Delivery only" and not a swap - said if it mentioned a swap, then he would take it back to the depot.
Also said Dyson were the worst for box sizes - swapping a hairdryer for a big fan, and obviously the box would not fit.
Something to be aware of, and I said it makes the driver look incompetent - DPD should look into this.
Hopefully, that is the last of my computer woes and it was a quick fix, so cannot complain.
