Thanks for the screenshots of the F2 - system diagnostics results.  It is puzzling that it says

Testing Drive 1 Short DST - Passed

Testing Drive 1 Long DST - Passed

but then says - Storage Availability - No Storage Installed.

Looking over the thread, it seems that you have Windows 11 installed.  The spec page for that model indicates it came with Windows 10.  It would seem that there is still a mystery.  I would suggest making the Windows 11 install media and then boot to the new media by using F9 from the BIOS menu, pick the USB from the menu and then boot to that media.

If you need the install media for Windows 10 or Windows 11, you can make it from this Microsoft download

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/create-installation-media-for-windows-99a58364-8c02-206f...

Pick the Windows version you need and follow the directions to make the media using a working PC.
You can make either the DVD or USB. Use this new media to install Windows 10 or 11, whichever you choose.

When it asks for the install type pick Custom

When the install asks for the product key, click the "I don't have a product key" option to continue,
then the install will continue. It will be activated once it connects to the internet, as it uses a digital key.
