@Cjhm1986 -- you are not the first one to post this issue onto this discussion forum.

 

Search within this forum, for words like "failed BIOS update" and "brick" or "bricked", to find those postings, and the replies that were given.

BTW, an "Optiplex 7050" is not an HP computer - it's made by Dell.

 

Might want to ask in a Dell forum for help...
