Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I am having trouble with my CPU. When I try to push the power button it lights up but the computer doesn't start. Fan is also not working.

It's been like this since yesterday. Before I send it to a proper mechanic for a check, I wonder if the community can help me do brief check just to make sure it's not just due to minor stuff.

Thanks!

 Hi @enentrash,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be happy to help you!

This looks like a Hardware issue. Since the unit might need repair, I would request you to contact HP Phone support who can schedule a repair as per the warranty and the issue can be fixed.

For that to happen, we will give you additional instructions/information via Private Message.

Please check your inbox on the forums page for the private message.

Please mark this post as Accepted Solution” if the issue is resolved and if you feel this reply was helpful click “Yes”.
