Product: HP Notebook - 15-af067sa (ENERGY STAR)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Changed a screen on a laptop for a customer and now the "Product information not valid". As advised I went to fetch the "System board CT number" from the system information however it is all encrypted and I am unable to retrieve it. Help please
