I have hp pavilion (135Watt) 

I lost my adapter, so can i use 120W adapter??

Welcome to the HP Forum.

 

First, You should only use a HP compatible power brick with your HP Laptop.

 

HP would size the external AC power brick to provide adequate power for the components installed in your PC.

 

Try this at your own risk. But I would get the right power brick for your Laptop.
