I press F10 and enter a blue bios screen. I navigate over to security and tab down to system security and I see virtualition is disabled and blind. I can not click to enabled it. I poked around and found every option blind except the set password. Which I did and tried again to no avail.
Is there some other way to enter the bios mode that gains a deeper level of access so I can enable this?

Yes, some BIOSes do allow separate "user" and "administrator" access. A "user" can view many settings, but only the "administrator" can change the settings.
I do not know if the BIOS in your computer has such "roles".
