I just received my new HP Z2 Mini G9 Workstation. I was running through the initial setup and had just entered my email address when the power went out. When I came back after the power came on, the computer was on the sign-in screen, though I had not finished setting up when the power went out.
Now I cannot sign in - the computer won't accept my Microsoft windows password, though it works on my laptop.
I made an installation USB and was going to set the BIOS to boot from the USB for a clean set-up; but I can't get to the BIOS. I repeatedly tap the <esc> key; eventually, the computer starts beeping when I tap it, but it's a black screen. HELP! This is my business computer, and I've been down for 4 days!!!
