Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I was messing with the BIOS after installing a custom windows10, turned on fast boot option in the BIOS, and after restarting my PC, I couldn't use my keyboard, or mouse while it was booting up, so I can't access the BIOS to turn it off; the boot was delayed because I had some battery warning during the boot up that I could skip by pressing enter or wait for 20 seconds. I use an HP Probook possibly 6550B.

The following is really long but you cans skip down to Troubleshoot Method 1 & 2

https://www.hp.com/us-en/shop/tech-takes/how-to-enter-bios-setup-windows-pcs

basically disable window fast boot (not the same was bios fast boot)

Worst case if boot a cd to force bios setup as explained Method 2.

Our expert  @Prométhée had a detailed description of how to get into bios but I could not find it.  I recall that if you press ESC or F10 too soon you have to power the system off and back on else it hangs up.

This should help, but I can't figure it out myself, for my laptop doesn't even turn on. If you're willing to help, or is interested, check my latest post, thanks.

Trying a different power unit is about all you can to if a laptop does not turn on.
