Pavilion P6821P
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I can't get into the BIOS on my Pavilion P6821P desktop.

The product page says to press the 'esc' key after turning on the computer, but it boots into Windows normally without loading the BIOS.

Thanks in advance.

I did find a solution, so I'm posting this here in case anyone else comes across this problem.

Another forum suggested that I remove the CMOS battery to reset the PC.

This worked and I was able to get into the BIOS.

Hi:

The only suggestion I can offer would be to press the F10 key after turning on the PC.

See page 3 of the 'Getting Started' guide.

Thanks for the reply.

I did try that, but all I got was a blank (black) screen. I had to hold the on/off switch down to shut the machine down. CTRL+ALT+DEL didn't work, either.

You're very welcome.

Sorry that didn't work for you.
