Greetings,
What software or program are you trying to boot to?
Do this.
Insert the USB stick into USB 2.0 port.
Reboot system and immediately tap "ESC" key after shutdown.
Now, select "Boot Menu".
The USB media may appear in two places: under UEFI or Legacy.
Try UEFI, if this does not work then repeat and try Legacy.
Let me know how it goes.
