Product: hp zbook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I can login to my PC after restart but if I lock it I can't then unlock. When I click on the button to take me to the password screen (below) nothing happens. The screen isn't frozen as i can power down or restart using the on screen button.

Welcome to the forum.

I am not a HP employee.

 

I would try running a system file check (Link) if this is the only problem you are having.

 

Maybe the problem is related to McAfee or you have some user profile corruption
