Can´t select the boot drive

Product: Elitedesk 705 G1 MT
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
My PC currently tries to boot from a Network and i can´t change amy settings accept for the time, i also can´t reset the bios settings or update it.
I don´t know what to try next. If know something i can try please comment.

Every time i press F9 i get asked to type in my password, if i do so nothing happens, it boots up like usual.
When i press ESC i get to the Startup Menu but the only thing i can do is to look at the system info or to continue the startup.
