Yes, you have a HDD1 quick test failure.
Do you do data or image backups? An image backup would make installing a Windows image on a new HDD or SSD fast and easy. You will lose data if you don't have a backup and cannot recover data from the failing disk.
You can order HP Recovery media at this (Link). I don't see a Cloud Recovery option at the above link.
Or you can install W10 clean using this (Link).
You might be able to recover data from the HDD by connecting this disk to a different PC as a data drive using SATA or a SATA to USB 3.0 adapter.
Be alert for scammers posting fake support phone numbers and/or email addresses on the community.
