Please help me 

So i was turning my pc on then the dual boot screen came up and suddenly the lights went off after a while i tried to turn it on but it beeps 5 long beeps so i removed the ram but didn't work and also removed the cmos battery but didn't work please help

I don't know what you mean by "dual-boot screen" -- you need to explain.

 

The term "dual boot" most often applies to the situation where folks install a Linux distro on their PC next to a Windows installation and when done, can choose to boot either OS. Hence the term "dual boot".

 

Need to know if this is the situation with your PC.
