I think I may have deleted a program or something when I was cleaning up my computer and now, when I try to login, it says user profile cannot be loaded The ProfSvc service failed the sign-in.

Is there another admin account you can log into?

If not, then  you need to boot windows 11 into safe mode and create an account

https://www.itpro.com/operating-systems/microsoft-windows/361662/how-to-boot-windows-11-in-safe-mode

Once you get into safe mode add a user. If windows home or pro then slightly different.  Read this

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/add-or-remove-accounts-on-your-pc-104dc19f-6430-4b49-6a2....

Create a local account (no Microsoft account and no email login) and make the account an administrator.

Log into the new account and post back here if a problem.

Please provide the Product ID or Model name for better assistance. Preferably the full product ID including the characters after the # symbol.
