Microsoft Windows 11

Hello! I have an HP Pavilion desktop and recently got the BSOD. Critical Process Failure Code. I took the m.2 ssd out and put it into another computer and got a BSOD again. I installed a clean copy/ver of win11 on that ssd and it booted up just fine in another PC. When I put it back into this HP it will not boot. I installed win11 on another ssd that was connected via sata and it will not boot from that either. I cannot see the drive in diskpart (win repair troubleshooting) I run BIOS UEFI diagnostics and it says that the ssd that is connected is good and passed. I can connect an ssd via sata that has VMWare hypervisor on it and it boots.... I have flashed BIOS.... It boots the m.2 via USB enclosure just fine.... Any ideas? I was thinking driver updates, but I tried to use the HP utility and it cannot scan the PC for needed updates, as I am using the ssd via usb port.
