HP Recommended

I am unable to open the BIOS settings on my Prodesk 600.

 

I've tried powering up while repeatedly tapping Esc, F9, F10, and F12 (separately on each attempt).  Nothing works.  It just skips straight to the Windows boot.  I've unplugged the PC for several minutes, plugged in back in, powered up, same thing (never get the BIOS or boot menu, just boots straight to Windows)

 

The keyboard is connected on USB and works normally in Windows, though I don't expect the type of keyboard should make a difference.

 

What the heck is going on here?

 

Edit: turns out the keyboard was defective and the boot keys were not working.
