Could you share a bit more detail:

  • When you press the power button, do you see any lights or hear the fan start, or is it completely silent?
  • Have you noticed any recent issues before this (like sudden shutdowns, overheating, or error messages)?
  • Are you using the original power cable and adapter that came with the device?

Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

  • Check power source: Make sure the wall outlet is working by testing it with another device.
  • Inspect the power cable/adapter: Look for damage, and if possible, try a different compatible cable.
  • Reset the hardware: Disconnect the power cord, hold the power button for 15–20 seconds, then reconnect and try again.
  • Remove peripherals: Unplug USB devices, external drives, or accessories sometimes these can interfere with startup.
  • Check indicator lights: If your model has a small LED near the power button or adapter port, see if it lights up when plugged in.
