Cant Find the Bios

My Bios update failed (thanks windows update) and now my 690-0024 desktop is bricked.

I need to download a bios for it, but every time I search HP I get a 404 File not found error?

try another Web browser
if the bios is corrupted, it may be difficult to recover
the solutions offered by hp support, rarely give a positive result

check this motherboard so well " ,HP name: Sunflower " and SSID 8433

the bios should be like this
