I am trying install windows 10 from usb . I created password and  I enabled legacy boot too. My setting are saved too . But when I open boot menu I choose the uefi - usb option and when I hit enter it returns to startup menu . How can I fix it ?

You don't want the Legacy boot option; you want the UEFI boot option.

It's not clear what you are doing.

To boot from the USB stick, it has to show the Boot Devices menu.

You open that menu, scroll down to the USB entry and select it.

If that is not working, then try the USB stick in a different PC.

The stick works fine into another computer.
