Product: Hp Pro Book G1 650
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I had brought this laptop in japan and when i open boot setup i cannot understand any thing written in that so kindly tell me how i can change my language to english

You simply might not be able to do that. Windows comes in lots of different versions, one of them known as Single Language -- and if you have that version, you will not be able to install language packs.
I suggest you look up what is involved in installing language packs, go to Microsoft, download the language pack you need, and see if you can install it. If that does not work, you are stuck.
