You are correct: the 300-watt HP p/n: 667893-001 power supply would be considered "non-modular", as all the power cables are fixed and non-removeable. Installation would be easy-peasy as the cabling is identical to your stock 180-watt PSU, as it also a proprietary HP power supply.

You are not bothering me in the least -glad to be of assistance.
Yes, this Corsair semi-modular power supply upgrade would most certainly be good enough, especially if you are considering upgrading your graphics card to say, an HP RTX 3060 12GB, as well as providing plenty of power for other upgrades, such as additional drives, more RAM, etc.
Btw, I am still interested to know exactly what power-supply related issues you have/had with your 180-watt stock power supply. The aforementioned 300-watt HP power supply may be all you need to improve ("up") your power supply.

Dear NonSequitur777. I did not encounter any problem with my actual power supply but as I mentioned before, I've read that it is not enough. I really don't know enough for what. Does changing for a more powerful will increase the speed of the computer or whatever else, I really don't know.
Also, installing a new card like the one you suggest (around $700 at amazon) will not be useful since I am not a gamer and the one I have is not bad. As for upgrading the RAM, everywhere I consulted including Hp sites they note that the maximum permitted is 16GB DDR4 2400 for my computer, which I've just upgraded from the original 12GB.

Then you are good to go: I mentioned a number of power supply options that would work and are readily available -depending in what country you live.
Not that you would be interested, but a quality HP RTX 3060 can be purchased for less than $300 via eBay -at least in the US.

Thank again my friend.
I live in Montreal, Canada and you forgot to tell me your opinion about changing for a more powerful will increase the speed of the computer or whatever else?
I really don't know what can be the issue or the result!

Hi, between these two, which is the right one to buy?
1) https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B009KP4PI4/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=AJ1BUG50UXZKY&psc=1
2)https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B01BK2TBU6/ref=ox_sc_act_title_2?smid=AJ1BUG50UXZKY&psc=1

Sorry for the delay: had friends over -Friday evening, you see.
[EDIT:] To answer your previous question, whether a more powerful power supply, quote: "will increase the speed of the computer or whatever else?", I cannot predict, but it sure won't hurt.
Anyways, I would recommend this purchase option -even though both products appear to be shipped by the same Seller (iT Hardware 95% 4.7 out of 5 customer feedback): https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B009KP4PI4/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=AJ1BUG50UXZKY&psc=1.
Why? -Among other reasons, see this customer comment, and I quote: "A prepaid label was even issued in the package if there happened to be any issues with the unit for easy and free returns."
Extra sense of security, in addition to Amazon's superb customer service.
Kind Regards,
