Sorry, but this timezone setting seems to be a ongoing problem in Windows. I've been using this desktop for years, starting with Win7 and upgrading all the way to Win11 -- without these issues.
Then in the last few days, the time setting gets out of whack. I have to go into Date and Time settings, change it to manual, set it, and then change it back to automatic.
Ihave done this three times in the last week.
