Product: HP ENVY 700 PC series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hello all, I am getting stuck on the choose option screen. I have tried to trouble shoot and have tried all of the options available. I have tried rebooting pc and wiping it clean however it does not work. Is there anything I can do?

Exactly what happens when you try something? Any error-messages?

 

How old is the computer's disk-drive? Very old, and maybe "failing", or purchased within the last 12 months along with the rest of your computer?  HP has a 12-month warranty on all new HP computers.
