You don't need to change the boot order to boot from a DVD.
Have the DVD in the PC.
Turn on or restart the PC.
Immediately tap/press the ESC key to get the menu of options.
Select the F9 boot options menu, and from that select the DVD drive and press the Enter key.
If you do not see a DVD drive in the F9 boot options menu, then you may have to enable Legacy mode in the BIOS and disable secure boot.
