Hello
i own an elite 8300 SFF
i use it as a Gameserver kinda
now i found there is and option to enable Raid in bios so i can stripe 2 drives
to do that i followed the raid intructions in the manual for this PC
i changed AHCI to Raid and rebootet to setup raid as the manual told
Now its dead - No Video or output and Fans ramping up
out of 30-40 reboots it sometimes gives me a loud Beep and numlock works and ctrl+alt+del works but still no screen until i powercycel then same as mentioned with fan ramp up
- Ram swapped and seatet from dimm slot 1 to 4 whit 6 sticks [ not possible all ram dead ]
- CMOS reset Done 4 times - no change
- Unpluged and cmos reset plus coincell out - no change
- PSU swap 3 times -no change [yes i have got 3 - no way all dead]
- all above in varius combinations
CPU repastet a week ago and was fine temps 30-39 idel and 65 max

You can't simply change the drive controller setting from AHCI to RAID or the PC won't boot up.
The only suggestion I can offer at this point would be to try reinstalling Windows with the RAID setting enabled in the BIOS or change the BIOS setting back to AHCI and hope the PC boots up again.
