{personal information removed} this is the case id... I had been calling & whatapps to hp custom support but nth feed back.. Rounik & Manish said will priorities this case... & it's just a sweet promise... But nth had been done... Said hp will call to update the repair status... In 1-2day.. I had been waiting & waiting.... No call & email had been received... 

Laptop had no power... Customer purchased this hp envy 13-ay0122au on the 20th april 21... After 2month using this laptops ...having a motherboard issue which is the laptop couldn't turn on.... Already make call to hp **bleep** number & whatapps several times & Nothing be done... I'm Wondering with this kind of service... How could I put on trust to your hp product...

I'm sorry you're having so many problems with HP Support -- but we here can do nothing for you.  So, I have passed this along to the Forum MODS and you can expect to have someone from HP contact you via PM to work this issue.
