I have a desktop HP PAVILION 590-P0093WB DT PC US. An app I use is called iObit Driver Booster 9.3 Pro which has always been very helpful. Recently there was a driver update called AMD SATA Controller which was not compatible with my Windows 10 system. So I told Driver Booster to ignore it. But now, since attempting to install that AMD SATA Controller (which failed), when I go to the Start Menu and click "Power" and "Shut down," the computer mostly shuts down, but the "on" lights keep blinking and it makes a slight beeping noise. The only way to stop it is to unplug the computer, and then replug it. What can I do to clear this glitch? Thank you for any help.

Hello
avoid as much as possible, turning off the computer like this
Delete this program!
Download and install the available drivers for your computer here
https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-pavilion-desktop-pc-590-p0000a/19390500/model/30904335
if nothing better, you will have to try with a system restore , using a save before this issue
Using Microsoft System Restore
