Product: HP Pavilion Desktop - 570-p077cb

My screen is not showing anything and my keyboard and mouse don’t light up but the power button on the desktop does and blinks like every three seconds. I took off the CPU Cooler cleaned it and reapplied thermal paste and still nothing. I tried contacting the virtual assistant but it was really no help. In conclusion, my desktop turns on with everything including fans, but nothing loads up with just a black turned off screen on my monitor and the power button blinks every three seconds.

There should be a pattern to the blinks. This HP site details various BIOS error beep or blink patterns.

Follow all steps at this site to identify the specific component problem.
