OMEN Obelisk 2080 ti (875-1007na)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Desktop has been working fine since the last windows update, which happened on the 14th July 2020. The Desktop is powering up normally, with a slightly slower boot up time and is then bluescreening when any action is completed. I could load into Minecraft, bring up Spotify or use YouTube but after a couple of minutes and sometimes seconds the PC will give either a bluescreen message which is "Your computer has ran into a problem and needs to restart" or will completely freeze where I have no use of the mouse or keyboard. Other times the display will go black and my PC will continue to run (but I cannot do anything), where at this point I hold the power button down to shut the PC down. If I am quick enough, I can start a system restore but unsurprisingly the PC will again freeze and require turning off, and when booted up again, will tell me that the system restore was interrupted. As for error messages, I have had a MEMORY_MANAGEMENT one and an assortment of others, however, the PC has already had a hardware check and everything is fine. It would be much appreciated if someone could help.

Thanks

Harry

Welcome to HP Community

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

Did you perform an Extensive System Test?

- Shut down the Notebook completely
- Turn it back on, then tap the Esc key repeatedly until the Startup menu screen is displayed.
- Press F2 to select System Diagnostics.
- Click System Tests, then click Extensive Test.

If all the Tests pass please perform a Reset. Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04742289
