Thank you for the response. I was able to fix the issue. I was able to hit F11 and run the hardware test, and all the test passed. I ran extensive tests and it passed as well. It took over 14 hours for the extensive test to complete. Still, the computer wouldn't boot. I figured the bootmgr might be corrupted. I was able to get into the command line to fix the bootmgr, it ran successfully still computer wouldn't boot. Lastly, I went ahead with the OS reset preserving the files. This is what resolved the issue. I had to reinstall all the application, but my important files were there which was a big relief. I'm happy the issue was resolved without losing files. One lesson I learned is having Bitlocker encryption key handy which I did else I would not be able to recover my files.

Hi @Ezak2007

A power outage can cause hardware damage.

It sounds like the PC either: has a power brick problem, or damage to the MB or a component connected to the MB, or a peripheral connected to the PC. A short to ground is usually indicated when the PC power cycles.

I would have a local PC tech take a look, much cheaper in the long run.

You will have to troubleshoot all components to find the component or components damaged by the power outage.

There is no way to isolate the damaged component in a Forum.
