My computer is 6 months old and has been experiencing a 3F0 error. I have already exhausted all available HP tech support help...the tech support agent provided a resolution case number to escalate the resolution and indicated someone to call me in 24/48 hours. It's been 17 days and despite multiple calls, messages - I can't get a call back.
I have a 6 month old computer that is not functioning - how do I get someone to call me back?
