Computer has a Power system failure

Okay so my computer is doing that 3 loud long beeps and those 4 shorts beeps after the long ones, i dont have warranty buti have money to fix the computer, how and where can i get it fixed? Or if theres something i can do...

You may have a faulty component. 

I would have a local PC Tech troubleshoot the PC to isolate the failing component. Most cost effective method in this situation.

Or disconnect all unnecessary: peripherals and internal components (front USB, internal drives, discrete graphics if applicable, and WIFI) to test for a POST.

Then replace external PSU, RAM, CPU, and MB to find the bad component.

Sorry, can't be more specific when this error happens. DIY troubleshooting could be much more expensive when compared to using a local PC technician.
