Wow....Thank you WildSolider for replying so quickly. With all of the issues, I nearly started with a clean windows install.
You tried "rolling back" your F.57 back to the valid version F.55 but it failed? Did you contact HP to let them know of the issue. If enough of us do, hopefully it will increase their urgency to resolve it.

I tried rolling back the bios but it won’t let me. It says signature file missing. I haven’t called HP about the issue..I already disconnected all the cables from my HP pc and I am using from now on my wife old Dell laptop. I use the HP computer for cad work in AutoCad, in other words I use it for work not gaming. I cant rely on a computer that freezes randomly. If I call I may need to connect all wires back to the PC so they can go thru their script to troubleshoot the PC. Lately I haven’t had the time to deal with this mess. I spent too much time last week trying to fix this. At some point I may call but not un the near future.

Same issue me HP systems down when I called for support so they re calling me back but they think the download for the BIOS file is corrupted thats why I get the cannot open sig file. I know the download file is not corrupt. When their systems come up HP will remote in and try to force the bios back out of F.57.I did try the bios recovery by Windows Key + B but that just caused the desktop to keep beeping and not get any further and after trying this method again I dont get that far for the beeps.

No luck for me. They tried the windows and b key to recover and clear cmos. At that point I paid to have the system board replaced so going the repair process where they shipped ke a box to send computer in.

Wow..Unbelievable....$350 bucks to cover their mistake. I am not sure how bad do you need your computer but if it was me I would have taken those $350 and spend it in a different computer from a different brand.
I cant believe HP is making you pay all that money for their mistake. That mobo swap should be at no charge to you.

Hi
Check this thread https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Desktop-Operating-Systems-and-Recovery/bios-downgrade/m-p/8612096#M201... for a similar situation you are experiencing.
Can't say the second option will work and don't recommend this option if you are in warranty.
You can save repair costs if a local tech can either: roll back the BIOS on the existing BIOS chip or, possibly, install a clean replacement BIOS chip and program this chip with the previous BIOS version.
It is an option to consider and investigate. This option (programing the BIOS/replacing the BIOS chip) may not be possible if the BIOS chip is not soldered to the MB.
Contact HP for repair service or wait for HP to release a newer BIOS update which fixes the problem.
